Japanese littleneck (Venerupis philippinarum) & New Zealand littleneck (Austrovenus stutchburyi)
The New Zealand littleneck (greenish shell) is sweeter than the Japanese littleneck (greyish and rounder shell), but the Japanese littleneck works better with our barramundi stock as it is brinier.
