A reason to celebrate rainy days...
Spent my time in La Salle drawing, painting and creating works about rain… ironically, the main bulk of that series were destroyed when my studio was flooded after heavy rainfall.
I've stopped painting for more than 15 years… but with Klee and now The Naked Finn, I'm back creating works again, with new subjects - seafood and cocktails. Although very much a different media, the process is still the same for me; research, hypothesis, experimentation, documentation…
Starting from Friday, 10th of May 2013, we will be offering every customer at The Naked Finn a nice warm bowl of cream of pumpkin soup when it rains, to warm you up when it is cold and wet outside. This is our way of saying thank you for not cancelling your reservation when the weather is bad.
